Privacy This Privacy Statement describes how Dragon Technology Ltd, the UK-based company which operates the e-allocator online booking system, collects and uses personal information obtained from users of the system. Dragon Technology Ltd promises to comply with all its legal obligations when collecting and processing personal data.

In the statement that follows, We refers to Dragon Technology Ltd, and You refers to users of the e-allocator online booking system.

Collection of personal information

When you register as a user of e-allocator, we collect personal identification information, such as your name and your email address.

Use of your personal information

The information you enter is used solely in the operation of the e-allocator booking system, for example to identify who has made a booking, and to notify you by email if a booking has changed.

We can also use your personal identification information to inform you of critical service announcements which may affect ongoing services we are supplying to you.

We will never pass on your personal identification information to any third parties, except where necessary to facilitate on-line payment processing.

We employ other companies (third party data controllers) on our behalf. For example, processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

We have no knowledge of your bank details or your credit card details when you pay for services on-line by credit, debit or charge card. All on-line card payment transactions are handled by PayPal, and we never see your bank/card details. We do, however, pass some of your personal details to the PayPal transaction processing system via secure encrypted means when you pay by card, for the purpose of authorising card transactions.

We will not sell, rent or yield customer lists to third parties.

We will not use nor divulge any personal information without your explicit consent, unless obliged by the law, or if we are convinced, in all good faith, that such an action is necessary to:

  • conform to the legal decrees or to yield to a legal process concerning Dragon Technology Ltd or the e-allocator application ;
  • protect or defend the rights or the property of Dragon Technology Ltd ;
  • to act in the event of critical circumstances, in order to protect personal safety of another customer or the public.
E-mail communications

We sometimes send emails to inform you of technical problems, and service updates relating to a service we are providing to you on an ongoing basis. These emails are an essential part of the service you have ordered.
